Foursquare for Nokia S40 devices has been updated and the updated Foursquare for S60 offers Shout, Check in, Add place, Venueless check in, Search places. Recent Check ins from friends, Unser info, Send friend Request, Manage Friend requests, Friend lists, Fixed Facebook URL, Small UI improvements, Try to use GPS on S40 only when phone has an internal GPS, Add and view chcek in comments count on the home view, Installation from .jad file for all the devices, Venue details accessible, Autiimatic client software update checks, UI improvements like buttons and corners and Fixed: shout length limit in the current state.
Foursquare is a java based application allows us to broadcast our current location to our friends and letting them to know our location. Foursquare application is very helpful when we don’t have a clear idea about the present location on the go.
Updated Foursquare application is available at Nokia Beta Labs and compatible with the Nokia S40 devices (tested on 5310, 6600 fold, 7230, C3-00, C3-01, X3-02).
