Skype 1.1 Available For Symbian S60 3rd & S60 5th Edition Mobiles

All we know that Skype is an application can be installed on our Symbian mobiles and it enables us to make free video and voice calls to other skype users online, to send instant messages, share files with our online Skype friends. It can also be used to make cheap calls to mobiles and landlines.
Skype has released an updated version Skype 1.1 for Symbian S60 3rd (N-series, E-series) S60 5th (Touch mobiles like Nokia N97, 5800…etc). In this update they have limited the amount of RAM it uses.

I could not find video calling option in Skype app. Although some time ago it was available via Fring but due to a controversy Fring stopped Skype support.
Is there option for video calling in S60 Skype app. If yes pls tell me how?
