Free PC Signer For Windows

Recently I have formatted my Nokia 5800, after that I tried to install the free signer with which I can install most of the application but it said “Expired opda-certificate-and-key-files-with-the-new-system/”title=”" >Certificate“. But if I can install it I can be able to install most of the applications by resigning them with it. So here first I need to sign it with my OPDA certificate and key then I can install it on my mobile without any error. Then I searched for the PC signer and got a nice one.
The PC signer is for Windows XP with a simple user interface, everyone can sign without any problem with it.
Update: April 2012 File has been removed from the respective servers.
Note: – It replace the original file on the desktop on signing.

OPDA stopped giving certificates.
