Free PC Signer For Windows

Recently I have formatted my Nokia 5800, after that I tried to install the free signer with which I can install most of the application but it said “Expired Certificate”. But if I can install it I can be able to install most of the applications by resigning them with it. So here first I need to sign it with my OPDA certificate and key then I can install it on my mobile without any error. Then I searched for the PC signer and got a nice one.
The PC signer is for Windows XP with a simple user interface, everyone can sign without any problem with it.
Note: - It replace the original file on the desktop on signing.
