How To Get A Certificate And Key Files For Nokia S60 Mobiles In Hours

Recently I have posted a post on How To Get Our Own OPDA Developer Certificate And Key on my blog and the response is too good, many of my blog visitors and subscribers have their certificate and key files with the help of the post. But the waiting time to get the certificate is significantly too long.
If you wish to get a OPDA certificate in easy steps, you can get it form here OPDA New Procedure.
Today, I am going to give another complete guide to get our certificate and key files within one day. This service (certificate) is not from OPDA. In order to get the certificate we need to register and request them. We can obtain the certificate and key files for our Nokia S60, S60 3rd and S60 5th mobiles.
This service is provided by a Chinese site called http://isign.imobile.com.cn/
If the images are not clear then “click on the Images to ZOOM IN THE IMAGES”.
Procedure:-
Step 1:-
Signup for an account at this site http://isign.imobile.com.cn/
As
Step 2:-
Fill in the form as instructed in the screenshot bellow
Step 3:-
Request For the certificate as instructed in the screenshot bellow
Step 4:-
Enter your IMEI NO as instructed as shown in the following screenshot
Step 5:-
Conformation can be seen here as bellow screenshoot
Step 6:-
Wait for 3 to 5 hours, after the wait you need to logon to your account as instructed bellow
Step 7:-
If you can see the screen as shown bellow then you can download your certificate and key files as instructed bellow
Use the certificate and key files to sign your unsigned applications on your mobile as well as on your PC.

Hi sony. I applyed for cert and key with the above info, and got the cert and key. I am having trouble signing any sis file whilst using signsis gui programme. when I have located the cert and key and input IMEI number, then try to sign a sis file, it says that it cannot find a developer certificate. I have applyed 2 times for the same IMEI number with diffrent accounts but I get the same result. Thanks for any help
Shamz, is it? Okay i will post a mobi signer that can be installed on our mobile and so that we can sign on our mobile it self.

Hi Waasil, certificate validity can be seen by observing the details of the certificate while installing the signed applications. I think we can use it to sign any application.

Hi, Bahtiar and Asad. I got my certificate and key files in hours, yes in hours exactly. It is my personal experience. I don’t know why they are taking too much time and i can’t make the service fast implicitly or explicitly.
Do remember one thing i am intended to give a source to get your certificates with simple steps through this medium.
Not in hours i think, i got the cert and key, in 3 days. yes, it is 3 days.

This cert doesn’t work with all software… Quickoffice…
Hi all. I am using “MobileSigner by Leftup” to sign my apps on the phone. Works for any application (including QuickOffice).

Hi there - i have obtained the certificate etc from yourselves, thank you. however i do not know how to sign it from here, i have tried a program called signsis and it says its not developed for the N97 - does anyone have any ideas? thanks Matthew

I have received the zipped folder containing the certificate and key but I am not able to extract the files. I am getting error message that the file or directory name or volume label name syntax is incorrect. Please help me. I downloaded the folder thrice but still the same error.

sriram i think i know wat ur problem is.
first make sure u have the latest version of winrar and 2nd rename ur file to something like : a.zip i think u will have no problem because i’ve downloaded the .cer and .key files with no problem (thanks to the great tutorial)

Follwed all steps, but the download page is slightly different (popup box to choose 2 downloads), y downloaded both, but have a chineese signing program, no cert or keys on it. Please help me get my cert and key

Yes, I got the same problem. The download link provide link to download Signtool.zip (2Mb)
and Signtool2.zip (1Mb)
Then how to get .cer dan .key ??
excuse me… id like to ask a question.. i have carefully followed the instruction and downloaded the file as shown in the screen shots.. but the zip file contained only the signtool.. there are no certificate and key file.. please help me with my problem…
Steve they only allow us to download the key and certificate files for a certain time, if it is exceeded then then won’t allow us to download. So follow the OPDA certificate procedure, after applying for the certificate check it regularly.
This is not working any longer… I have checked so many times, 2 hours after submiting and onwards, but no cert and key files… Just signtools, nothing else.

The site work, but differently than stated in the guide.
Signtool2.zip contains SIGNTOOL.EXE; this is a windows program customized for your IMEI; it can sign the .SIS or .SISX as required by your smartphone.
The first field requires the password you defined when you entered the CERT-request process.
