This is the Windows Live MSN Messenger for Nokia 5800, Nokia 5800 XpressMuscic and Nokia N97 mobiles. This is the Windows instant messaging client for Nokia s60v5 mobiles. With this application we can connect to our friends from our mobile itself and it allows us to make free or cheap calls to our buddies who are online. With this application we can send offline messages to our friends, they will receive the messages once they come online. We can also send text messages to the offline friends from this application. To cut your mobile bills we need this kind of applications on our mobile. So have it on your mobile.

Change date to the date it published. Or resign it. To resign you need your OPDA certificate and Freesigner. Search them using our search box.
when I’m install live messenger, when the last moment, suddenly appeared the words “install canceled”. but I did not press cancel. what’s the problem??

it doesnt work on my n97 , it stops while downloading contacts. from there i cant do anything but closing messenger

i don’t know why it is happening but try to format your mobile once ant install it, it may work.

Pls tell me how u do this 
to sign an unsigned application you need to have signer http://mynokiamobile.org/2009/12/28/free-pc-signer-for-windows/ and OPDA http://mynokiamobile.org/2009/10/06/hack-certificate-expired-with-opda-and-freesigner/ certificate. Read those two posts you ll get some idea to sign on your own.

After reading your problem I have tried to install it on my Nokia 5800 and installed successfully, so just once format your mobile and have a try. Backup your data before formatting.

How can i log in to the windows live messenger? there is no place for ID and PW…
It also keep giving me an error msg when I hit the sign in button….what am i doing wrong?
hit sign in and then enter your login details (with the @hotmail.com or @live.com extension) and then hit sign in. it will take some time (4 to 8 sec) to configure the client and to retrieve your contacts.

Does anyone have a copy they can share of windows live messenger for 5800 which is provided by three network (uk) allowing free use over 3g. it comes with 5800 three mobile and is not yet available for non three 5800. thanks
i have the same problem too, as soon as i try to go on messenger it re directs me and then gets out of the page and then cant get on it.
hi sony, ive tried to install this on my nokia n97 but it says the legitimate certificate is outdated (dont know what it exactly says in english, since im dutch) ive set the date to november 25th 2009 but it still says that the certificate is outdated, any ideas on how to fix this?

change the date to July 2010 and try as I have installed it in July 2010 successfully.

Hiii..I’ve got the same problem like @Ikke…and I’ve flashed already..3times actually..and still.. it doesnt work with my account.. and the strange thing is that.. it does work with my other accounts…is there something wrong with my buddylist or whatever..? ..pff:s

do you have opda certificate of your own? If so you can overcome the certificate expired error. If you have your opda certificates then try this http://mynokiamobile.org/2009/10/06/hack-certificate-expired-with-opda-and-freesigner/
